Draft — pending legal review
This document has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It is published so the site describes its actual practice rather than linking nowhere, and it must be replaced with a reviewed version before Broker Armour takes payment for the course.
What this page covers
These terms cover your use of brokerarmour.ca and any enquiry you send us through it. They do not cover the purchase of training or consulting services. No terms of sale, refund policy, licence terms or course terms exist yet, and none are implied by this page.
What this website is
This site describes Broker Armour’s FINTRAC training course and lets you enquire about licensing it for your brokerage. An enquiry does not create an engagement, and we are not obliged to accept every request.
Information on this site is not advice
Everything published here is general information about Canadian anti-money-laundering and mortgage-regulatory obligations. It is not legal advice, and it is not compliance advice for your brokerage. Your obligations depend on your circumstances and on the rules in force in your province at the time. Do not act on anything here without taking advice on your own situation.
We take care that regulatory statements on this site are accurate and traceable to the Act, the Regulations or a named regulator’s published guidance. Those sources change. We do not warrant that every page reflects the law as at the moment you read it.
Your enquiry
Send us information that is accurate and that you are entitled to send. Do not submit another person’s personal information, client files, or anything confidential to a third party. How we handle what you do send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Our material
The text, design, logos and course material on this site belong to Broker Armour Compliance & Consulting. You may read and share pages. You may not republish or resell the material, or use it to build a competing training or compliance product, without our written permission.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and current, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction.
