Privacy Policy

The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the brokerage licensing enquiry form: your brokerage’s name, your name, your email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number and a message.

Alongside those, we record the date and time of your submission.

There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on this site. We do not set cookies.

Your submission is stored in our database so that someone can respond to you. We use it to contact you about the licence you asked about. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside Broker Armour except the service providers named below, who process it on our behalf.

• Supabase — database hosting, where your submission is stored.
• Resend — email delivery, used to notify our team of your enquiry.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.

These providers operate infrastructure outside Canada, which means your information may be stored or processed outside Canada and be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

We keep enquiry records for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a reasonable prospect of one, and afterwards only where a law requires us to. We have not yet set a fixed retention period; doing so is part of the legal review noted at the top of this page.

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and provincial equivalents, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to our using it. Write to info@brokerarmour.ca and we will respond.
